The US Combined Heat and Power Association (USCHPA) is a private non-profit organization which is committed to doubling US CHP generation from 46GW to 92 GW by the year 2010.  USCHPA with support from the US department of Energy and US Environmental Protection Agency has supported vision and roadmapping sessions, as well as technical symposia on CHP.  USCHPA and its members work towards building support for CHP at the national level through policy support and technology transfer.  Many NECHP partners are members of USCHPA.
