Opportunities Presented by the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative
The economic opportunity for reducing carbon will take a giant step forward when the regional greenhouse gas trading program (RGGI) commences. Carbon offsets provided by CHP and other technologies c ould be spurred as a result. This panel will explore how states involved in setting up the RGGI carbon trading program expect opportunities for CHP and recycling energy to expand. (Panel leaders: Ken Colburn & Suzanne Watson)
